Sales Manager Position

Job Responsibilities

• Educate the homeowners on the insurance process

• Relate to customers based on their individual needs, wants and expectations from start to finish

• Maintain excellent people and communication skills

• Proper ladder placement and roof inspection process (will train)

• Use of technology for estimating damage done

• Sign contracts with customers

 

Skills Required

• Customer service

• Self-Motivated

• Must have driver’s license and car

• Sales experience preferred

• Willingness to learn company programs 

• Open minded as day to day will vary
